HUD Needs to Hear From You

 

 

Every year HUD sends out a "Resident Service and Satisfaction Survey" to a percentage of Residents. These surveys are anonymous and are your way of expressing, directly to HUD, your sentiments on safety, maintenance, and service within your development, and neighborhood appearance.

HUD grades us on the responses to this survey and expects us to improve on any items that are considered as an "improvement needed" category.

We take the results of this survey very seriously and hope that, if you receive a survey, you will respond and mail that response directly to HUD.

We thank you for your input on these surveys.

The surveys are due to be mailed on or around early May to mid June.
